How we handle it

STEP 01

Plan

Decide which payers matter for your market.

STEP 02

Apply

Group and provider applications submitted.

STEP 03

Follow up

Payer contacted until a decision or contract.

STEP 04

Load

Confirm the provider is loaded correctly before billing.

Details that matter

Some networks are closed to new providers in certain areas or specialties. We check network status first and, if a network is closed, ask about exceptions or a waitlist so you do not lose months waiting on an application that will not be accepted.

FAQ

Questions about payer enrollment

What does closed network mean?

The payer is not adding providers in that specialty or area. Exceptions are sometimes possible, for example for underserved services.

Do you negotiate rates?

We can request rate reviews and compare offered rates, but final contract decisions stay with you.
