How we handle it

STEP 01

Capture

Charges and documentation come in from your EHR or superbills.

STEP 02

Scrub

Codes, modifiers, eligibility and payer edits are checked before submission.

STEP 03

Submit and track

Claims go out the same or next business day and are tracked to acceptance.

STEP 04

Post and follow up

Payments are posted, underpayments flagged and unpaid claims worked.

Details that matter

Most lost revenue does not come from one big mistake. It comes from small, repeated ones: an expired eligibility, a missing modifier, a claim that was rejected at the clearinghouse and never resubmitted, or a denial nobody appealed before the deadline.

We work from clearinghouse rejection reports, 835 remittance data and A/R aging every week, so problems show up as patterns you can fix instead of surprises at month end.

What we need from you

  • Access to your EHR or practice management system
  • Your clearinghouse login or a new clearinghouse setup
  • Payer contracts or fee schedules, if available
  • Current A/R aging and denial reports
FAQ

Questions about medical billing

Do we have to change our EHR?

No. We work inside the EHR and practice management system you already use, including AdvancedMD, and the clearinghouse you already have.

What is a clean claim rate?

It is the share of claims accepted on first submission without edits or rejections. We track it monthly because every rejection delays payment.

Who handles patient calls about bills?

We can handle patient billing questions for you, or route them to your front desk. You decide during onboarding.
